All residents are required to have a Resident Parking Permit on any vehicle owned by them and parked on the street from the hours of 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. See Rules and Regulations and Permit Application (HERE).
New to the Parking Sticker Program:
A Dwelling Certificate must now be obtain prior to the issuance of a parking sticker for all rentals. This can be obtained in the Fire Prevention Office Located at City Hall. For those who have purchased a home and have obtained a Certificate of Occupancy already, must bring in the Certificate along with other requirements as stated in the regulation.

If you are having a visitor or are staying for the weekend, a courtesy can be obtained from the Garfield Police Station by calling each night the person stays over.
